We can liaise between medical professionals, family members and other support services to help coordinate seamless communication throughout the end-of-life journey.

Service and Care Support:
Our team provides practical assistance with coordinating healthcare services, arranging for home care and managing daily tasks to alleviate burdens and promote comfort.

Hospice Support:
We offer support and advocacy for individuals receiving hospice care, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and dignity.

Funeral Planning:
We can help make funeral arrangements, offering guidance on options, preferences and logistics to honour your loved one's life and legacy.

Advocacy:
Our team advocates for our clients' wishes and rights, ensuring their voices are heard and respected throughout the end-of-life process.

We provide assistance in the style of Swedish Death Cleaning, a practice of decluttering and organising possessions to simplify one's life and reduce the burden on loved ones after passing away.

Palliative Care Partnership:
We collaborate with palliative care professionals to help provide holistic support, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the end-of-life journey.

Vigilling Support:
Our team offers bedside support during the final hours and days, providing comfort, reassurance and presence to the individual and their loved ones.

Your End-of-Life plan starts with a 30-minute complimentary consultation, during which we discuss your needs and concerns and determine the right planning path for you.

Pricing
Hourly Rate: $70 per hour.

Advance Care Directive planning & preparations: $120 per person or $200 per couple.

End-of-Life Packages:
5 Hours - $325
10 Hours - $650
20 Hours - $1300

On-Call Vigil 24/7 Hourly Rate: $120 per hour
